italki featured on International Channel Shanghais Money Talks Watch as italkis Co-Founder Kevin Chen is interviewed about italki on International Channel Shanghais business/financial news program Money Talks.  Also making a special guest appearance is our Professional Chinese Teacher (and student) Xiao Lei! italki came out of my own experiences learning a foreign language. I learned Chinese here in Shanghai. Being in China allows you to be immersed in the language and when you immersed it just means you are using it for real communication. Youre not studying grammar, your actually using grammar. When we (created) italki, we thought about how can we use technology to create that same virtual immersion. And thats where the idea for italki was born.
